Fast rising Nigerian rapper, Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun popularly known as Dagrin has been declared wanted in Sierra Leone.

Dagrin died from fatal injuries sustained from a ghastly auto crash 12 years ago.

His car collided with a stationary trailer in front of Alakara Police Station, at about 3:00am in the Mushin area of Lagos.

Dagrin passed away at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on Wednesday, 22nd April 2010 at the age of 26 and was buried on Friday, 30th April at the Ebony Millennium Private Vault, Atan Cemetery.

Curiously, the police in Sierra Leone posted his pictures with claims that he allegedly participated in a violent protest.

Sierra Leone Police released photos of those who allegedly took part in the violent protest last week and the late Dagrin photo is on the list.

Everyone in the press release is declared wanted.

Similarly, a Twitter user @Jeen_Yous who resides in Sierra Leone also shared the poster on the micro-blogging platform.

The tweet reads: ”The Sierra Leone Police release Pictures of wanted people who were part of the violent protest last week and late Nigerian rapper Dagrin is one of them. This country will always amaze me”
