Dangote Dethroned as Africa’s Richest Man, Adenuga Goes Way Down (list)


Johann Rupert, the South African business mogul, has dethroned Nigerian Aliko Dangote to emerge as Africa’s wealthiest man.

The update is contained in the most recent list released by Forbes Magazine.

While Mohammed Mansour, the Chairman of Mantrac Group, top authorized dealer in Caterpillar Machines and equipment ranked 8th, Nigeria’s Mike Adenuga ranked 10th.

Chairman of popular BUA Cement overtook Adenuga at the 5th position.
