International award-winning singer and philanthropist, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has been officially unveiled as a Wema Bank Ambassador.
He made the announcement via his Instagram story on Friday with videos and pictures of the ceremony which took place at the bank’s headquarters in Lagos.
In the wake of the millions of cash inflows into his Wema Bank account a few days to his 29th birthday, the bank called for a meeting with the singer.

At the signing ceremony were his personal aides including his lawyer, Bobo Ajudua.
Davido captioned his instastory post as @”officially with @wemabank @alat.
The singer had jokingly asked his friends to send him money after which he posted his account number with the bank online.
According to him, “If you know I’ve given you a hit song… send me money… una know una self ooo'” he said.
Witnin 3 days, friends and fans sent him over N200 million. He added his own N50 million and announced he was giving everything away to charity.
