Davido has exceeded the target of N100 million he set on Tuesday morning when he called on his friends to come through for him with donations of no less than N1 million each.
Each friend donated from N1 million and above while a fan he met at a mall in Marrakesh, Morocco gave his own donation in cash and in foreign currency.
By 9:00pm, the award winning singer had exceeded N134 million and more inflows give pouring in for him.
Davido had requested his friends to send him the cash ahead of his birthday which comes up on the 21st of November.
