The management of Dowen College is finally officially mourning their late student, Sylvester Oromoni.
They were seen this afternoon in black t-shirts with his face on the shirts apparently to pay tribute to him.
The school’s management also released a statement saying their institution is committed to justice and will keep co-operating with relevant authorities to ensure justice is served
They had, 3 days ago written a letter admitting that he died in their premises after the father complained that he had not hear from them.
The school however, maintains its stance that Sylvester died from an injury to his leg while playing football, a statement that the family vehemently opposes.
In a post cautioned “DOWEN COLLEGE COMMITTED TO JUSTICE‘
dowencollegelagos said that, “We are distress that a child sustained a leg injury an passed on a week later. We are as shocked as the rest of the world to see our lovely boy look so ill and in so much pain…“
