Men of the Department of State Services are reported to have arrested six activists who wore the #BuhariMustGo t-shirts inside the Dunamis International Gospel Centre church in Abuja.
According to SaharaReporters, at least 10 of the activitist were dressed in the t-shirts but 6 of them were nabbed by the church security who later handed them over to the DSS.
They were promptly whisked away in a Hilux van and 2 motorbikes after being manhandled by the DSS who also confiscated their mobile phones.
A church member who was also an eyewitness is quoted as saying that, “Security men at Dunamis Gospel Church have arrested activists who wore #BuhariMustGo t-shirts to their church service.
“The security later handed them over to DSS officials who are currently torturing them.
“I though Pastor Dr Paul Enenche was also preaching about justice !The 6 activists were driven away in a DSS Hills van and 2 power bikes.“
Another eyewitness also shared what he saw, “About 10 activists decided to attend Dunamis church in their #BuhariMustGo t-shirts. The church asked all first-timers to come out for prayers. The patriotic citizens obeyed the clarion call from the alter with their fully displayed #BuhariMustGo shits.
“They were immediately apprehended by the church security on their way out of the church and subsequently handed to the DSS. Kudos to the courageous activists for ths=is creativity. I am certain if the activists had won a shirt with the inscription ‘Lai Buhari,’ they would have ranked as Pastor Enenche’s new best friends.”
