The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced the creation of a Public Complaints Desk at the Corporate headquarters and each Zonal Directorate of the Commission.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, EFCC Head of Media & Publicity, Dele Oyewale, quoted the commission’s Executive Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, as saying the Desk will be staffed by specially trained personnel who will handle complaints from the public regarding all facets of the Commission’s operations.

He added that the initiative aims to close the communication gap between the EFCC and the general public, facilitating a more efficient resolution of complaints.

Olukoyede encouraged individuals with concerns about the Commission’s activities to utilize this new resource to express their grievances, assuring that all matters will be thoroughly addressed.

Details regarding the telephone number for the Public Complaints Desk can be found on the Commission’s official website and its social media channels, the commission noted.
