The Chief Judge of Ekiti State, Justice Oyewole Adeyeye escaped death by a whiskers after a section of the new state high court complex, housing the chamber of the Chief Judge fell on Wednesday.
According to Vanguard, incident is said have happened after close of work on Wednesday when the city of Ado Ekiti experienced a torrential rainfall.
The intense flooding that followed according to the report, may have weakened the foundation of the new edifice.
However, it was gathered that no life was lost in the accident, as the Chief Judge who was badly wounded during the incident was immediately whisked away to the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, where he received treatment.
