Electricity DisCo Apologizes to Band A Customers for Poor Service

Ikeja Electric Distribution Company has issued an apology to Band A customers for poor services.

This comes after it failed to deliver the alloted daily service of 20 hours to its customers.

Taking to Twitter, IKEDC pledged to do better.

The apology read:

Dear Esteemed Customer,

We extend our apologies for falling short of the expected minimum service level of 20 hours on the Band A feeders below, for 9th and 10th of June, 2024.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.
