The Federal Airports Authority of Nigerian has apologised to its passengers for the power outage experienced at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
This incident occurred at the departure lounge of Nigeria’s major international gateway on the 1st of Aprl, 2022.
It also led to delays in passenger boarding as operations were temporarily halted.
A video taken at the airport during the outage shows an airport staff apologising for the outage.

FAAN has however, released a statement apologising for the power outage and explaining that it was because of the heavy rain.
