News broke a few days ago that popular Warri-based Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor is divorced from his Ekiti-born wife.
The family, on Saturday, debunked the news saying that nothing like that ever happened neither is it likely to happen.
Politician and younger brother of Mrs Helen Oritsejafor, Hon Dr Opeyemi Falegan said his sister is not and can never be divorced from the father of her triplet sons.
Falegan said that when the news broke during the week and called his sister to discuss it, she merely laughed it off and told him that he should ignore it as nothing like that can ever happen.
The politician said his sister is too busy to preoccupy herself with mindless rumours. He further said it was an insult to accuse his sister and anyone from his family of cheating.
He stated the family’s position during a video interview with on-air-personality, Daddy Freeze.
According to him, “My sister is not divorced and will never be Divorced this claim is without evidence” as some media outlets framed it, Before you share a story kindly spend a moment evaluating the evidence.
“Attaching our family name(falegan) to infidelity is not only disgusting but abhorrence and totally unacceptable, Falegan families are known for their strong moral principles.
“I Support good journalism but I will criticise stories that are poorly researched or downright misleading.
