A female ‘Bishop’ that graced the unveiling of the All Progressives Congress (APC) vice presidential candidate, Kashim Shettima, has forgotten her solemn spiritual calling and joined the team campaigning for Bola Tinubu.
Soon after the official unveiling of the Vice Presidential candidate, the Christian Association of Nigeria, (CAN) disowned the clergymen and women at the event insisting they were neither sent by the body nor represent any known Christian assembly.
It was also alleged that the bishops were fake and had been hired by the APC to show the Christians’ acceptance of the Muslim-Muslim ticket.
While the Nigerian public is still trying to come to terms with the poor efforts of the party at appeasing Christians, the new clip that surfaced on social media.
The female Bishop has, inadvertently proven critics right when the video surfaced showing her with a popular Edo APC Chieftain, Tony Kabaka, singing a version of ‘Emi lokan’ to declare support for the presidential candidate of the ruling party, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The female bishop captured at the unveiling of the APC vice presidential candidate was seen without her priestly garb dancing and singing along with Kabaka in Edo.
