There was a fire outbreak at the Registry wing of University of Calabar (UNICAL).
The incident occurred on Thursday night, February 1, 2024.
Video footage shows young people, likely to be students of the institution calling on the fire service to come to their aid.
As at the time of this report, the cause of the fire is still not known.
