First Bank has announced a scheduled maintenance on its systems, which will take place from 11:00p.m, Saturday November 16 to 7:00am Sunday, November 17.
During this period, customers may experience temporary disruptions in card services.
However, the bank assured users that alternative channels such as *894# USSD, FirstMobile, Lit App, and FirstDirect will remain operational.
First Bank also reiterated its commitment to customer security, urging customers not to disclose sensitive transaction details, including account IDs, passwords, card PINs, or OTPs.
