Trademore Estate located along the Lugbe-Airport Expressway in Abuja, has been submerged by flood due to today’s heavy downpour.
Videos circulating Monday reveal the situation of the estate, while witnesses allege that two individuals were swept away in the flood.
This is not the first time Trademore Estate has been overrun by flood.

Infractions on the water channel in the estate was said to have led to the flood.
Following the flood in 2023, the Federal Capital Territory Administration declared the estate a disaster zone, as the Federal Government also threatened to demolish the estate.
