Nigeria’s football legend, Daniel Amokachi today, celebrated his daughter as she officially becomes a footballer.
The former Super Eagles Player who later became the Assistant Coach took to his instagram page to announce the entry of Raya Iman Amokachi into the profession and passion that brought him international fame.
Amokachi’s twin sons, Nazim and Kalim who are professional footballers recently left the Turkish Giants Basiktas to join the Nigerian Professional Football League. The twins currently play for Kwara United of Ilorin.
While sharing photos of his daughter with her new team, the Benue-born football legend and father danielamokachi said “It’s Inn The Blood… Raya Iman Amokachi… My Achichi Has Joined The Train 🚆 @rayaamo14#KeepingItReal“
Olympic gold medalist, Daniel Owefin Amokachi is renowned for bringing victory to Nigerian in the Africa Cup of Nations in 1994.
He is also reputed for scoring the first goal of the UEFA Champions League with Club Brugge on the 25th of November 1992 beating CSKA Moscow 1 nil.
Daniel Amokachi has 3 children, the set of twin boys, Kalim an Nazim who are 22 years old and then the latests footballer in the family, Raya Amokachi.
