A number of governors on Monday, travelled to the UK to celebrate with Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State as his son, Jordan Nyesom-Wike graduates from the University of Exeter, in the UK
Jordan graduated with a Second Class Honours, Upper Division in Law..
The graduation was also attended by family members of the Rivers State Governor.
Among the dignitaries at the graduation were the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, Abia State governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, Wike’s wife, Justice Eberechi Nyesom-Wike and his daughter, Jasmine Nyesom-Wike.
This comes after a report that Governor Wike is in the UK with some PDP governors to discuss the issues rocking the party ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The talks for negotiations come shortly after the Governor of Ekiti State and Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF), Kayode Fayemi, led Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos and Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State to a closed-door meeting with the Rivers State governor on Friday.
