Yoruba Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi, has called for help about a transaction with GT Bank.
In a post she made on her social media pages, Afolabi revealed that she mistakenly transferred the sum of N510,000 in April, to a customer’s account who also uses the same bank.
Kemi lamented that it’s been back and forth with her bank for the past three months, and the situation has left her exhausted.
She wrote: “I mistakenly transferred the sum of five hundred and ten thousand naira to a customer’s account! we both use same bank since April 1st 2023.
“Its been back and forth for the past three months plus with the said bank!
“Bank claimed recipient account is been restricted! How long more will it take to reverse my money back to my account? It’s been over 3months!!!! Eyin fans mi e ma gba mi Keh. My tired is exhausted honestly”
In another post, the movie star said she has been patient enough and called on the commercial bank to do the needful.
She wrote: “Help tag @gtbank it’s been over 3 months! They held on to my five hundred and ten thousand naira.
“I have been patient, I am exhausted. @gtbank kindly do the needful”.
