
Unknown gunmen stormed the family home of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan in the Obeiba-Ihima area of Okehi Local Government Area, Kogi State.
According to security analyst, Zagazola Makama the gunmen attacked Natasha’s family home in the early hours of Tuesday, April 16.

The attack took place around 1:00 a.m., causing damage to parts of the building, including broken windows.
The attackers were said to be armed with guns and cutlasses.
The senator’s Chief Security Officer, Yakubu Ovanja, alerted law enforcement about the incident shortly after it happened.
A team of police officers from the Okehi Division quickly responded and arrived at the location.
Although there were no injuries or d3aths, and no suspects have been arrested, security agents have launched an investigation into the incident.
The reason behind the attack is still unknown.
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central in the National Assembly, has not issued any statement at the time of this report.
