Mass protests have broken out in Kano, the most populous city in Northern Nigeria as hundreds of thousands of angry residents kick against a recent election petition tribunal judgment.
Thousands of people from the 44 local government areas of the state are currently on the streets to express their anger over the court ruling that sacked Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) as the governor of the state.
In the trending video, the protesters are heard saying that they will not accept any form of injustice from anybody.
They insist that they voted for Abba and no one else and will resist any form of imposition or intimidation.
Apart from the regular Kano residents, the Kwankwasiyya group trouped out in their numbers decked in their signature red cap.
