Months after parting ways with his actress-turned politician wife, Nigerian songwriter and rapper Abdulrasheed Bello, better known as JJC Skillz, has sent a heartwarming birthday message to his estranged wife, Funke Akindele.
In June 2022, JJC Skillz took to social media to announce that his marriage with the Nollywood actress had crashed and that they were both charting separate lives.
The mother of his twin boys who was recently nominated as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) deputy governorship candidate in Lagos State, clocked 45 years today, Wednesday, August 24.
Very early in the morning, the actress and movie maker took to social media today to share adorable photos of herself followed by 100s of good wishes from fans, followers and employees.
Funke, also known as Jenifa addressed herself in one of the posts as ‘Her Excellency.’
Celebrating the mother of his twins in a post on his Instagram page, JJC Skillz posted a video clip containing a combination of short videos and pictures.
JJC Skillz captioned his post: “Happy birthday my darling Mama Ibeji, Funke Akindele, I pray our children to embody the goodness of God and be a blessing to generations. Today is your day! celebrate and live to the fullest. Long life and prosperity.”
Funke Akindele and JJC Skillz were married for 7 years and blessed with twin boys before their divorce.
