Gorgeous ex-beauty queen and third wife to the Ooni of Ife, Olori Tobi Philips Ogunwusi, has revealed how she met and fell in love with the revered traditional Yoruba monarch, the Ooni of Ife.

The elegant Olori is one of the 6 women who wedded the Oba within 6 weeks.

While some people wondered how Ooni met the beautiful women, others questioned how he would keep up with half a dozen queens in the IIe-Ife palace.

However, Tobi Philips in an interview with TVC revealed that someone introduced her to the Ooni at a time she was praying about settling down in marriage.

According to her, she did not take the relationship seriously and was skeptical about what will happen because she never expected she would be getting married to the Ooni.

Tobi said she and the Ooni started dating after they met but did not get married at that time because there were so many interferences.

The 3rd queen of the Ife monarch recounted how she won the king’s heart after waiting 8 years before eventually getting to become Queen.

Tobi Phillips in the post shared on her Instagram, disclosed that she consistently wished and desired that the song ”Iyawo Mi”  will be sung at her wedding and that came to pass.

She also noted that it has been quite a ride, but God has been faithful. “Happy New Month From His Imperial Majesty Ooni Adeyeye Eniitan Ogunwusi Ojaja Keji and Her Royal Majesty Queen Tobi Phillips-Ogunwusi.

“It’s been quite a Ride, and we give God All The Glory and Adorations Because All Power Belongs to God Almighty.

“For about 7-8years I consistently wished that @timidakolo would Sing the “Iyawo Mi” Song at my Wedding, and here we are.
