Singer and respected philanthropist, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has revealed that “I didn’t know we was rich’ until he became a young teen.
He said he never considered his father as rich, all he could remember about him was “work, work and coming back late.”
He added that he watched his father work so hard and live modestly. Despite his wealth, his dad drove a Honda Accord while his mother simply drove a Toyota car.
Davido said he only realised they were rich when they moved house which was more expansive.
