Happy Birthday to Nigeria's Woman of Steel

I heard I’m Being Cursed in Mosques, Aisha Yesufu

#Endsars

Aisha Yesufu has announced that she is being cursed in Mosques.

She said that she was informed that muslim faithfuls take time off after prayers to rain curses against her.

Aisha added that the latest resentment she got is because of her involvement in the #EnSARS protests which sought to bring to an end, the reckless and unhindered brutality against Nigerian youths.

For the young Muslim activist, bad governance must change in the country.

She however, wonders why she did not receive so many curses when she pressed for fundamental changes during the GEJ administration.

According to her post a few inputs ago:

Aisha is a human rights activist who has been vehement in her attacks against the oppression of the vulnerable in the society.

She has been relentless in the fight to bring back over 100 Chibok School girls abducted in the early 2020s by the Boo Haram terrorist group.

In like manner, Aisha’s vehement fight to #EndSARS has been iconic. Her pictures nearly became the symbol of the fight against the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) brutality against young Nigerians.

For @AishaYesufu, Jihad should not be about “cutting off someone’s head heacuse they disagree with you. That’s murder !

“Jihad is fighting against oppression and suppression. Jihad is fighting against tyranny.

“Jihad is fighting against injustice. You have a lot to unlearn and you better start now. #EndSARS.
