A man identified as Mr Mekzy who resides in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has lamented how he paid school fees for his girlfriend only to be invited to her wedding afterwards.
He said he took to footing her school bills when they were in year 2 in 2012 because her parents could not afford to, not knowing she was not as committed as he was to their relationship.
Mr Mekzy also disclosed the many things he did for the girlfriend that he could not begin to speak about because they were too embarrassing.
The man added that the girl’s father later sent a refund of N200,000 but he rejected it because of his love for the daughter.
To make matters worse, her mother invited him to her daughter’s wedding urging him to prove he had forgiven her by attending.
According to Pharaoh@MrMekzy_I paid school fees for a lady i was dating in my year 2 in 2012. Her parents couldn’t pay at the time, so I paid. Months later when her father gave her the 200k to give me, i told her to keep it and do whatever she wants with it cos of love. She still put my heart in a blender.
“Can’t even talk about the other things i did for her cos it’s just too embarrassing. Forget o, person don mumu for love.
“Mama still had the audacity to call me in our final year to ask for forgiveness and to invite me to her wedding, saying that my attendance will be proof that I’ve forgiven her. See ehn women aren’t good people. Na just like 5% of them good.“
Posting pictures of the spot where she announced she was not good enough for him, the jilted lover said: “This hotel is located opposite bori camp back gate at rumokoro in Ph.This was where she hit me with the ‘you’re to good for me’ line in 2012.Saw her off to rumokoro park in the morning and i was legit walking back to the barracks in my army uniform and crying on the road ffs!
“We were even among the first 5 customers they had so they gave us a special promo cos it was just newly built…. Those were dark times mahn“
