Babachir Lawal, Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation insists that he would never support Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Lawal stated that should Atiku emerge as President, it would mean dominance by one ethnic group.
He added that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party would eventually lose, because his victory would amount to the hand over of power from one Muslim Fulani president to Another Muslim Fulani president.
He warned against voting for the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar because is ticket is worse than Muslim-Muslim ticket.
According to Dailypost, Babachir stated his desire for the actualization of the Peter Obi presidency.
In a statement released on Monday in Abuja, Babachir Lawal insisted he would not support any Fulani flag bearer as it is likely to undermine Nigeria’s unity.
