Videos have emerged of a henchman in Lagos threatening to brutalize any Igbo voter that shows up at polling units within his neighborhood.
The security operatives and INEC officials stood helplessly as the thug made the damning threats.
In another development, voters around LASU claim that no Igbo Indigene was allowed access into the polling units.
Many defiant voters waited outside the campus hoping that security operatives would save the situation.
