Nigerian cross-dresser, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has insisted that he is a woman and not a cross-dresser.
The assertion comes on the backdrop of lawmakers considering a bill that seeks to ban cross-dressers in the country and jailing offenders for 6 months.
The bill was read on the floor of the House on the 5th of April and immediately passed first reading.
They argued that the only exemption to the rule was if a person is cross-dressing for entertainment.
In his reaction, Bobrisky disclosed via his instagram page that he has undergone multiple surgeries to change his sex and those surgeries can’t be reversed, hence he is a woman, not a crossdresser.
He said he has his lawyers and doctors to defend his claims and he has nothing to fear.
The self acclaimed male barbie added that, “Na who be crossdresser go dey fear.”
