A UK-based Nigerian singer, Lade has announced that she would be returning to Nigeria as she shares her experience in the European country.
The ‘Adulthood Na Scam’ crooner took to her social media pages to share her reasons for her decision after only a few years in the European country.
According to Lade, life in the United Kingdom is very hectic compared to how Nigerians at home view it. She emphasized the workload required to maintain a basic life while struggling with the unfavourable weather. Lade added that it’s even tougher for students who combine school with work.
For her, the schedules can be hectic unlike Nigeria where basic things like booking a taxi or hopping into a commercial bus are not a problem.
Lade added that Nigerians who have relatives in the UK should always be grateful when they receive stipends other than complaining about how small it may be.
