Nigerian actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh has taken to Instagram to express frustration over her inability to access cash, fuel scarcity and non-functioning bank app.
The deputy governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Rivers State narrated her own frustration with the ongoing hardships stemming from recent banking challenges.
Tonto Dikeh noted that her bank app has not worked for two days leaving her stranded unable to fuel her diesel generator or recharge her electricity metre.
The actress added that the frustration is so bad that she could not even check into a bank.
Tonto Dikeh captioned her post:
“For the past 2days I have been unable to open up my Bank app, only this evening my light unit decides to finish. I have tried opening this app for almost 6hours and finally I believe I will be sleeping in the dark today.
“I can’t buy Unit, I can’t buy diesel, I absolutely can’t even get a hotel!!! I don’t use or own an ATM.. I’m on a whole new level of emotional instability RN. I’m so frustrated,” she wrote.
Soon after her post, so many fans and friends responded with overwhelming assistance. According to Tonto:

PEOPLE HELPING ME OR ME HELPING PEOPLE IS VERY NICE AND CAN NEVER BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED BUT WE NEED TO HELP OURSELVES THIS ELECTION BU VOTING FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE!!!
We need help and we can’t be ashamed to cry and fight for HELP.
