An Instagram influencer identified as Inyeneobong has denied reports that she is one of the widows of late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi.
The Yoruba monarch passed away on Friday, April 22 at the age of 82. He left many wives, all of them, extremely beautiful, with many of them still very young.
There have been speculations on what would become their fate considering their age range and share beauty.
Efforts have also been made by many media houses to come up with a full list of the queens.
The latest effort listed the Cross River State-born Iyeneobong who appears to be mistaken for the Oba’s last queen, Chioma by some members of the public.
With some others, Inyeneobong’s photo continued to trend on social media platforms listing her as one of the beautiful young wives of the late respected monarch.

The public is confused about what she would do with her life going forward as her husband, the Alaafin was no more.
Obong via her Instagram handle on Monday night, debunked the rumour, insisting that she was never married to the king and wondered why she was described as ‘wicked’.
Obong who is a native of Akwa Ibom but lives in Port-Harcourt rained curses on those behind the reports.
She wrote; “I’m really pissed .. when did I get married to Allafin of oyo state ? People carry stupid news .. God will pun*sh whosever started this .. you shall know no peace!”
