Google’s Country Director Nigeria Juliet Ehimuan has been appointed Nestle’s independent Non-Executive Director.
The appointment took effect from February 24, 2020.In August 2011, Ehimuan was listed in Forbes’ “20 Youngest Power Women In Africa.”

One of Nigeria’s most talented technology experts and entrepreneurs Juliet comes with a 20-years experience in technology, new media, and oil and gas.
Her experience also spans industries across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Juliet graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with a first-class honours degree in (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering. She went on to obtain a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and topped it up with an   MBA from the London Business School.

Among some of the places she has worked are Shell Petroleum and Microsoft United Kingdom. In 2011, she became the CEO of Google Nigeria.

Juliet Ehimuan is a Fellow of the Cambridge University Commonwealth Society, and a board member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), the Private Sector Advisory Group on Sustainable Development Goals, and LEAP Africa. She is also the Founder of Beyond Limits Africa, a leadership and organisational capacity building initiative.

She also clinched the “IT Personality of the Year” at the 2012 National Information Technology Merit Award.Ehimuan is credited with impacting the youth, empowering and equipping them with up-to-date relevant skills and knowledge.

In addition she is one person that has become easily accessible to entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts and start-ups.Her role as Google director includes leading Google’s business strategy in West Africa and the Next Billion Users initiative in Africa.
