News just received say that bandit terrorists have released 15 students of the Bethel Baptist High School, Kaduna State.
The terrorists had stormed the school premises on the 5th of July and kidnapped more than 100 students at about 2:00am.
The school is located along the Kaduna-Katcha highway, in Chikun Local Government Area of the state.
In spite of the release of 28 students on Sunday, the 25th of July after a payment of N50 million ransom, 87 are still reported to be in captivity.
According to the President of the Kaduna Baptist Conference, Rev Ishaya Jangando who is also the proprietor of the affected school, a total of 121 students were initially abducted.
Rev John Hayab, Chairman of the Kaduna State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), said that 15 students were released on Saturday night by the bandits.
