JUST IN ! Davido Secretly Weds Chioma Rowland 2 Weeks after Son’s Death

Nigerian singer and owner, DMW record label, David Adeleke, better known as Davido has secretly done the traditional wedding of Chioma, his longtime lover and mother of his late first son, Ifeanyi.

Reports received on Sunday afternoon allege that Davido and his partner did their traditional wedding secretly on November 6, 2022.

This development comes 2 weeks after the news of their son, Ifeanyi Adeleke‘s death broke the internet.

The devastating news left many fans across the world grieving after it was confirmed by the Lagos State Police Command that late Ifeanyi drowned in a swimming pool in his father’s Banana island mansion in Lagos.

However, went into seclusion, refusing to make any public pronouncement, reports emerging today say that they did their traditional wedding days after the child’s death and was reportedly attended by a few family and friends.

It was reported that the wedding was done at Davido’s father’s house in early November, before Ifeanyi’s burial, with no camera allowed.

It was further gathered that Chioma’s bride price was paid in full for the ceremony to take place.

Before the untimely demise of their beloved son, Davido had informed the general public that he and Chioma would get married in 2023.

The traditional wedding, however, was allegedly moved forward following the tragic incident.

It is said that following her son’s death, Chioma told Davido that there was nothing more left for her to be looking at as Ifeanyi who bound them together was no more.

Davido according to reports, immediately moved the traditional wedding forward in what many see as a move to console the bereaved mother and assure her that with or without Ifeanyi, she holds a special place in his heart.

The Adeleke family is said to be doing everything possible to make the couple happy.
