Large crowds of Youths in Nasarawa State today, staged a 1 million march for the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi ahead of the 2023 election.
This is happening in spite of claims from other political parties that the LP has no structure, a reason they say would make it difficult for the former Governor of Anambra State to win the presidential election.
Teaming Nigerian youths across all states have continued to pledge support for Obi and his running mate, Yussuf Datti Baba-Ahmed.
Today’s exercise is tagged ‘One Million March’ for Peter Obi and was held in Lafia, Nasarawa state.
Commuters and traders cheered the youths on as they shared fliers describing what an Obi presidency would mean for then.
Photos and videos which emerged online show huge numbers of men, women and youths, carrying the flag of LP and chanting various songs.
