There are reports that the self-acclaimed spokesperson of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Simon Ekpa has been arrested.
The news was broken by a relatively unknown blog. It said that the fiery Biafran spokesperson was arrested today, December 16 as he tried to flee Finland to Isreal.
The International Police (Interpol) is credited with the operation. The reports say he was apprehended for fuelling terrorism.
The internet is currently abuzz with different reactions about the development. However, no official statement has been made by the Nigerian Government, IPOB or Interpol.
