Nigeria’s veteran film maker, movie director, script writer and producer, Chico Ejiro is dead.

Reports say he died in the early hours of Christmas Day from a seizure.

News of his death has been confirmed by the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas.

He is also said to have only concluded directing a new movie on Christmas Eve.

His remains have been take to the mortuary.

Chico Maziakpono was born in Isolo Delta State. He is the younger brother of another veteran film maker, Zeb Ejiro.

He studied Agriculture and has over 85 movies in his entertainment career over the better part of 3 decades.

He is married to Joy Ejiro and they have 4 children.
