Daily Trust reports that some of the female students are already pregnant for the terrorists since they were taken captive 8 months ago.

The development comes in spite of the payment of ransom and prisoner swap. Sources say that the the captives have remained in the bandits’ den to cater to the wellbeing and sexual needs of the armed men.

The kingpin, Dogo Gide had threatened to convert the males into terrorists by training them on gun handling and marrying off the females.

Daily Trust adds that the bandits’ kingpin made good his pledge as he gave out at least 13 of the students to bandits and a few interested persons living in villages along the boundary between Niger and Zamfara states.
