Former Finance Minister of Nigeria, Kemi Adeosun, on Sunday, visited Nigeria’s former President, Olusegun Obasanjo and his wife at his residence in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The purpose of the meeting is not yet known but sources say that Adeosun was on a short visit to Nigeria as she was on vacation.
In her entourage were the former Accountant-General of Ogun state, Adeseye Senfuye, and the Chief Executive Officer of Kuramo Capital, Wale Adeosun.
Kemi Adeosun who was also an Ogun State Commissioner resigned her appointment as federal Minister of Finance under the Buhari administration in 2018.
This came after she was accused of a National Service Service Corps certificate forgery.
In her letter of resignation, Adeosun said she stepped down to clear the allegations surrounding the NYSC, certificate.
