A number of Kidnappers were caught at the Jengre axis of city of Plateau State in the early hours of today, Wednesday, 17th March.
All members of the gang were male and were rounded up by the Plateau State Police as well as local vigilantes.
They were seen in a video making the rounds in handcuffs being flogged by policemen and vigilantes.
