The kind-hearted street hawker, Ekuma Jeremiah, now known as @jerryluck whose story went viral a few months ago has given an update on his new life.
The erstwhile water hawker seen in a viral video giving money to prisoners, shared his progress at the university.
Jeremiah came to limelight after an Instagram user and photographer, Ojo Emmanuel captured the moment the water seller gave over 70% of his money to prison inmates who were being transported in a Nigerian Correctional Service bus along the Ajah area of Lagos state.
Impressed by the gesture, billionaire businessman Obi Cubana, while speaking in a Instagram live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, offered the young man a university scholarship and an employment, adding that he would personally mentor him.
Cubana added that kind-hearted Jeremiah will have a place at any level in his organization.
Updating Nigerians about his new life, Jeremiah shared new photos of himself at school.
