Kogi State civil servants are lamenting the paltry sum of money they get paid monthly as salaries.

Some of them took to social media platforms to share screenshots of their take home pay.

While some lament that they get paid as little as below N3,000 in a country where the minimum wage is N30,000, others believe they should be grateful for even getting salaries as many do not get paid for an entire year.

The state Governor, Yahaya Bello is Nigeria’s youngest governor who has requested Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to give himself and the younger generation a chance to turn the fortunes of the country around.
