There is outrage among members of the public especially the youths after Kogi State University allegedly presented each first-class graduate with a N2000 cheque.

While all 1st class graduates got N2000 each, the overall best graduating student received a N5000 cheque.

Many expressed their disappointment in the youngest Governor in Nigeria and his perception of education and hardwork. This is more so as he aspires to become Nigeria’s President.

They question the use of spending 4 to 5 years in the University only to be rewarded with next to to nothing when they only need to spend 3 months in lewd scenes and win hundreds of millions of Naira plus houses, vintage cars and multi-million Naira deals.

The youths reason that they prefer to feature in the reality TV show for a quarter of a year and cash out rather than suffer for many years and get humiliated.
