Inspiration

Ajia Motunrayo Victoria is a Covenant University student who recently graduated with a First Class and a perfect CGPA of 5.0.

Motunrayo studied Petroleum and consistently scored an ‘A’ in every course since she was admitted into the university five years ago.

The Registrar of the schools said that it is the first tim in the history of the prestigious institution and tagged Motunrayo as a “Record Breaker.”

Speaking to TVC News on how she achieved the feat, she said it was “hardwork, resilience, favor.”

She said however, that she is not the only smart student in Covenant University. She may have put in a lot of work according to her, but others did too.

She added that starting with a 5 point in 100, spurred her on to want to achieve the same feat in 200 level and so it was as the years went by.

She said she was lucky to have a strong support system even among her school mates.

For Motunrayo, her main support system was her father and of course her mother who constantly voted the best mother in her earlier academic years.

Her father chronicles how all his children are First Class graduates.

Since graduation, Motunrayo has remained in touch with equally brilliant colleagues in a professional chat room to brainstorm and encourage one another.

She has received many ambassadorial offers but she is exploring her options as she does not want to be caged.

One thing she says for sure is that she wants to work for a global brand.
