It was looting spree today this afternoon as fire gutted the popular Next Supermarket in Abuja.
The cause of the fire is not yet known but men of the fire service are presently battling the raging inferno at the shopping complex located along Kado axis of the Federal Capital Territory.
The fire was noticed after a massive dark cloud of smoke was noticed coming out from the building, a scene that attracted the attention of security men at the mall and passers-by.
Newsmen, security men and fire fighting stations from Garki, Wuse, Gwarinpa and FCT have all been mobilized to the site to contain the inferno.
