Nobel Price winner and former victim of the Pakistani Taliban, Malala Yousafzai got married on Tuesday, the 9th of November, 2021 in Birmingham, the United Kingdom.
Malala was shot by the Taliban for campaigning for girls’ education alongside some of her friends.
She was evacuated to the UK where she underwent series of extensive surgeries after which she got the UK scholarship to study up to the University level.
The new bride took her Twitter handle to announced her Nikkah.

Malala’s history since the attack:
Precisely at the age of 15 in 2012, militants from the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, an offshoot of the Afghan Taliban in her hometown in the Swat Valley while they rode in their school bus.
She recovered months after treatment at home and abroad before co-authoring a best-selling memoire titled, “I am Malala.”
Young Miss Yousafzai was awarded the Nobel Peace Price at the age of 17, in 2014, an award she shared with Kailash Satyarthi, a children’s rights activist from India.
Malala graduated in 2020 from the University of Oxford with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
She is now aged 24 and continues to advocate for girl-child education with her non-profit Malala Fund. The Fund has invested $2 million in her home country of Afghanistan.
The rights activist has signed a deal with Apple TV+, a platform that will see her produce dramas and documentaries that focus on children and women.
