A man has been arrested by the Busia County police in Kenya with bundles of marijuana strapped to his body.
The suspect identified as Albert Wabwire was arrested on Thursday, the 30th of December while walking from Busia to Matayos and looking curiously bloated.
Wabwire was intercepted by the police and upon being searched, a bag filled with marijuana was found on him and others wrapped around his upper body in sacks and rubber bands.
The suspect is being held at the Busia police station awaiting arraignment as of Friday.

Cannabis has various mental and physical effects, which include euphoria, altered states of mind and sense of time, difficulty concentrating, impaired short-term memory.
In another development, some kidnappers were nabbed by the Nigerian police while awaiting ransom payment in Katsina.
32-year-old Saifullahi Usman, in an attempt to kidnapone Shafi’u Mohammed of Kililin Quarters in Malumfashi told him to pay a ransom of N50,000.
The suspect demanded the many by phone and threaten his victim that his family members of himself will be kidnapped if the ransom was not delivered.
The state police spokesperson, SP Isah said that the victim notified the police of the incident
He said: “Luck ran out of the suspect when he called the phone number of the victim, hiding his phone number to take the ransom to a location.
