A video has emerged of a Nigerian man being beaten for trying bury his girlfriend inside a grave he dug inside his room.
The man is said to have attempted to use the lady for money rituals before he was caught.
According to reports, the yet-to-be-identified man had allegedly dug the grave inside his bedroom but while trying to overpower the girlfriend, she escaped and alerted his neighbours.
The man was then bound hand and foot by an angry mob who descended on him while he pleaded for mercy.
Voices in the background speaking Igbo language were heard telling him that, “today, 6th of January, you want to kill somebody’s chid because of money, you want to bury somebody’s child alive. You want to drive a Benz, you are wicked. You will go to jail !”
