Man Cries Out as Lagos State Officials Clamp Car Within His Business Premises (video)

News - Women's Perspective

A Nigerian businessman has cried out after government officials clamped down a car parked within his business premises.

He lamented the indiscriminate clenching of cars by officials of the Lagos State Parking Authority along Adeniran Ogunsanya road in the Surulere area of the state.

The businessman recorded a video of cars clenched by the officials in the Ikeja area of the state.

Another resident, @ms_bhunmy wonders “WTH is Lagos State Parking Authority? Like they opened a whole agency just for parking? 🤦🏽‍♀️

“Every avenue just to reap the masses.”

Earlier in September, the operatives were called out for clamping the vehicle of a woman in front of a shop on Allen Avenue in Ikeja.

The agency however released a statement claiming the business owner had failed to pay their annual Corporate Parking/Set Back Levy.

The agency is yet to comment on this new video.
