Man Wins N410 Million, Says All He Needs Are New Pair of Flip-flops and Toothbrush

A man who won N410 million in a lottery has revealed that he will only be buying a new pair of flip-flops and an electric toothbrush.

26-year-old Brian Nelson who won the lottery stated he was not interested in acquiring expensive things, according to WSBTV.

Florida officials made this known in a news release.

Speaking to newsmen on Tuesday, Nelson said, “I’m just looking forward to upgrading to an electronic toothbrush and splurging on a good pair of flip flops.

He was accompanied by his fiancรฉe of one month who travelled with him to Tallahassee to claim his prize.

Lottery officials disclosed that he won the money after buying KSH 2,000 (N7,411.78) Gold Rush Limited Scratch-off ticket at a Quick Mart in Leesburg.

Total prize money was $1 million which (N410 million) will be disbursed to him in one-time, lump-sum payment.

He won a sum of $1m(N410,910,000) which he will be receiving in a one-time, lump-sum payment.

The Gold Rush Limited game scratchoff cards include 32 top prizes of $5 million and 100 prizes of $1 million.
